Yeah Buddy! means amen, yes, well done, well played, praise God, thanks, I agree, I’m happy, it’s all good…

A “Yeah Buddy!” moment happens when you hear something great, like inspired music or your kids playing or someone special saying ‘I love you’. Yeah Buddy! is a gentle breeze across your face, a hug, a kiss, the truth told with love, wisdom, an insightful sermon, the joy of helping someone else and the grace of being helped. Yeah Buddy! is a cold drink on a hot day, hot chicken soup on a cold day, playing music with people you love and admire, fresh-baked cookies, crashing on the couch with hot popcorn, watching someone open a gift.

Yeah Buddy! is knowing that it all comes from one true, eternal Source.    

So here’s how it works: Sit down. Relax. Take a deep breath. Think of the best things in your life. Thank God for them. Exhale and whisper:
